I had a miconeedling done with Chelsea the other day - I just wanted to let you know what a positive experience I had! She is great at making people feel comfortable - I can speak to having been waxed, tanned & having microneedling done.I am always happy with the service I get at Merakai!

I cannot speak highly enough of the entire team at Merakai!!! Long story short, I was getting married in 2 days and I had my lashes done at another reputable beauty place in Cambridge (who shall remain un-named) and ended up with not only the opposite of what I had asked for, but a full set of horribly done lashes with enough glue to hold the economy together. A friend recommended Merakai so I quite literally ran there in a panic. The owner helped me immediately. They squeezed me into a fully booked schedule the next day. Cass is absolutely amazing! I had an appointment with her tonight and it was a fantastic experience from the moment I walked in the door to the moment I left! On top of that her work is amazing my brows look better than ever! This is my second time seeing Cass and I got a new service today and she was great at explaining the process and what to expect during and after my appointment! I would highly recommend Cass to anyone looking to transform their brows!!
