I’ve been going to this salon for almost 2 years. I usually get an appointment with Phong who is so good at styling as per my preference. After my first hair cut I never visited any salon. It’s the best in the town. Also, I had a chance to get my haircut under Chantelle and I was nervous as I always had an appointment with Phong. But Chantelle was so good and I loved the style. Thank you Ashley! I've got a last minute appointment. It was my first time at Gravity and Ashley was my hairstylist. I asked for a total change from a sandy brown/blond ish messed up color to brunette with silver highlights that frame my face. It was a very difficult job to do. I show Ashley a pic and explain what I was looking for. Ashley listen patiently and understood my request. She nailed it. I had a bob haircut and I'm really happy with how my new look turned out.
