I know nothing about flowers and visited this location on the recommendation from a friend. I wanted flowers for my wife...just because...nothing special. They put together a very nice arrangement and wrapped them beautifully. I have bought a lot of flowers in the past from many florists, and these were the best! No wilting heads, no brown at the edges of the petals. Very fresh. My wife loved them! It is worth the extra money as you won't be disappointed. One week later, and the bouquet is still fresh. I plan to be a loyal customer of the Floral Factory and spread the word of their good customer service.

I have bought three bouquets here so far, each one as a gift for a different person, and all three people have asked me where the flowers came from because they were the best bouquets they've ever received! Their arrangements are gorgeous, and the flowers last far longer than other bouquets we've bought. The staff working here are incredibly kind and friendly, and very good at their jobs. This is our new go-to flower shop, I won't be going anywhere else! Definitely recommend.
