Super quick response time (next day!) Called for an issue with our BBQ line which mysteriously resolved itself as soon as the tech arrived. Would definitely recommend for prompt and courteous service!

Everyone at FACE Heating & Cooling was super responsive and very quick at addressing the emergent service call. It was anticipated that we'd have to wait a couple days to get the service, but they were able to work around their schedule and get our air conditioner up and running in no time, on the same day as the call.Service techs Matt & Umair were very respectful and happy to answer any questions during the repair. Diagnostics were quick and accurate, the part needed was immediately picked up, and the repair was all done within the same day.Thank you very much for keeping the clinic cool and comfortable for all the patients. Brent and the team FACE are so professional, knowledgeable, qualified staffs and amazing services! Very impressed with the service from them. Their pricing is competitive as well, way better than some big companies out there . Response time was fast and so was the follow up. I've had nothing but good experiences with FACE with my AC unit and furnace installation. Would highly recommend using them. I would rate 10 stars if I could
