Absolutely without a doubt exceeds a 5 star rating. Fabutan is warm and welcoming, the girls are amazing. It’s always a pleasure walking into fabutan and seeing their smiling, friendly faces at the front desk. They are quick to acknowledge and greet customers as they walk into the business, even on the busiest days.

*update 2*Now they don't push for the appointment you can just walk in. This is better. Back to 4 stars. They got rid of my favorite couch so no 5 stars.*Update*Three years ago I gave this place a 5 star rating. Now I am lowering it to 3 stars. How the mighty have fallen. This place used to be the best tanning place in Cambridge. Since the pandemic, they instituted appointments and they never stopped. I don't understand why they chose to keep appointments considering they have no other covid controls at all (no plexiglass, no mask, no distancing, no air purifier). The staff is always so friendly when I go in and booking online is so simple. Their hours always work for my schedule and I'm never waiting more than 2 minutes when I go for my appointment. Even when I need to change an appointment, they are always so accommodating and make the changes without any issues.Service: Tanning
