I’ve been to Michelle twice for a lash lift and both times I was highly impressed with the outcome aa well as the professional and relaxing atmosphere she has created!At my first appointment I was quite nervous as I haven’t had a treatment done on my lashes before. Michelle walked me through the entire procedure, letting me know what tool she was about to use and how it might feel. She expertly explained why she used a certain product on me and really put me at ease. The room was brightly lit, tidy and nicely decorated. I did a home lash kit over Christmas holidays and it absolutely ruined my lashes. I had a reaction to the adhesive as well and my eyes were just a mess. I couldn’t wear mascara until today. I found Michelle by chance googling for a solution because I was so tired of having such odd looking eyelashes. She booked me in on her day off to fix them as soon as she could. She is an amazing person, but she is also incredibly knowledgeable and goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. We had some laughs about my lashes and had good conversation.
