We had a problem with a fractured sewer pipe in the crawl space of our 64 year old home. The D-R-U employees provided us with an acceptable quote and were quick to start the repair process. Despite a few setbacks, we were happy with a job well done, including the care taken in opening up a tiled floor allowing us to re-use tiles to return the floor to 'as was' condition. I'd recommend this company first. They were extremely knowledgeable, we have a 100year old house with a leak in basement and corroded pipes. They offered options, the plumber knew what he was dealing with when he began the work and repaired, installed new valve, fixed leak and came under quote of other company. The Best part is that they gave me an option, educated us on this old plumbing and efficiently fixed the problem. I respect tradesmen who answer questions, take time to explain, and not overcharge for work. This creates trust and repeat business, cornerstone to success.
