I was so extremely nervous to bring my rescue dog to get her nails, trimmed as she is terrified. The owner was so gentle, very quick and efficient. My dog was so nervous she Had an accident at their front door And even the owner cleaned it up. I am so excited to finally have found a good dog groomer here in town who is patient, friendly, efficient and reasonably priced.

My girl Nala is a sweet girl but can't be around other dogs. I contacted these lovely ladies to ask if they could accommodate us by making sure that there were no other puppers around. They were so understanding and called me back within an hour to tell me they were ready for her.Such a welcoming and pleasant atmosphere. They were amazing and patient with her. Loved on her while they cut her nails so she felt comfortable. At the end, they even treated her to a small bag of treats.Overall I'm beyond happy with my experience! Definitely found the right groomers for us! Highly recommend!

My bichon poo Wedge has been coming to Louisa for a couple years now. They are so friendly and accommoadating to our needs at clip and tails. Wedge looks amazing and happy after every visit after being groomed and receiving treats. I love how the dogs can roam the spa just as if their at home.
