The staff are truly amazing, I have been buying my cat food there for years and everyone is so friendly and kind. I just had to put my senior cat down on the weekend and the care and compassion from everyone is truly amazing. They went above and beyond. Thank you to all involved, I truly appreciate the care that Willow received.

I called here 2x yesterday for an appointment for my cat Zorro. I tried to book for Friday and you refused. He was breathing more than normal, and your suggestion was to call the emergency vet. When I called them and explained my concerns they advised to call Zorros normal vet, as they didn't feel it was critical to bring him in because he was eating and drinking normal.
Why don't you care about Zorro? He's an innocent kitty. I guess if I went to emergency vet anyway you'd be guaranteed $ because of a follow up.
So glad I found a vet that agrees with my concerns regarding Zorro and has squeezed him in Friday.
Im so glad i stopped in here. My dog loves everyone. She’s happy to go. I am very comfortable with everyone here. Professional and kind. I bring her to the groomer here as well. You won’t be disappointed.
