Ana is truly a wonderful person. I was extremely nervous to start electrolysis and she was so patient and kind in explaining everything and really took the time to make me feel safe and comfortable. She is not only a true professional but also genuinely cares about her clients.

I have been a client of Ana's for many, many years. She is professional, knowledgeable, friendly and treats people with respect and kindness. Her business is located in an elegant heritage house, which she maintains meticulously. A number of years ago I happened to be at her clinic for an appointment when the health inspector dropped in unexpectedly. The inspector observed for some time; Ana's clinic passed with flying colours.
