The technicians at All Tech are absolutely fantastic. I was connected to them through the LG repair portal, and while I was not a fan of that process and how lacking in customer care they were, I am happy that they connected me to who they did. Once All Tech took over they did everything they could to get my repair sorted as quickly as possible. Extremely knowledgeable, came and repaired malfunctioning LG fridge. The techs were very courteous and professional. If you have a malfunctioning appliance, don't waste your time, call these guys.

I was blown away when I got a call from Zaine saying they screwed up and double booked me, but he was in my neighborhood and could come by to fix my fridge in an hour! Zaine was very professional, explained everything before he started and was done so quickly! I hope the company recognizes that this kind hearted, soft spoken person really went above and beyond for me.
