I had an excellent experience with Alder Pest Control. Hafiz, the technician, was professional and thorough, addressing all my questions and concerns. What stood out to me was their commitment to privacy—using unmarked vehicles to keep the service discreet. I highly recommend Alder for their outstanding service and attention to detail. First off I just want to say Hafiz is my hero! He was the nicest, most professional person I could of ever asked for. He explained everything to me and answered all my questions to relieve some of my anxiety. I had been dealing with a wasp problem where they were coming from a hole outside into my basement unit. I was in literal tears over this because we tried to get rid of them ourselves and nothing seemed to work, it made it even worse our trying. Hafiz was amazing. Called him mid-day Saturday for a wasp problem. He was here Sunday afternoon applying treatment to a few areas on our house where Wasps were entering/nesting. He assured us that if we see any more wasps coming out of those areas he would come back and re-apply treatments to those areas until wasp activity stopped. Very professional and a kind, lovely gentleman. Would definitely recommend him over the 'brand name' pest control services.UPDATE: Wasps still buzzing around, so I contacted Hafiz and he was at our house within 2 hours to re-apply the treatment.
