Amazing customer service, I didn't get his name but he was amazing and really funny! There’s a wide variety of music in all forms, whether your choice be Cds, vinyl, or cassettes, they have it all! I will absolutely be coming back again and if you’re in town you should check it out!!

My wife and I moved from Hamilton where there are a number of great record stores and Second Chance records rivals them all. Chris has helped me on two occasions expand my horizons, helping me grow my collection of classic rock albums and start my journey into classic jazz artists like Miles Davis. He’s personable and knowledgeable. There is such a great selection of new and used vinyl. A hidden gem in Caledonia.

Amazing store, they have everything and anything you could want when it comes to music. The staff are very friendly and helpful. It's a beautiful place to walk through and take in. Highly recommend checking it out!
