Our service tech. was Jeff.. so personable and knowledgeable.. gave us so much info we never knew.. we felt so confident in him and what he did for us on our initial service call.. would recommend Quality Home Services to 'everyone'. Looking forward to having our home's a/c and furnace services looked after by experts.
My A/C was acting up during this hot spell in s/w Ontario but was not a priority as I could get it to work with some prodding and kicking. I called Monday and was surprised to have an appointment Wednesday morning. Jeff showed up right on time and explained everything as he was doing. Neat and efficient and was on his way by 9. Everyone from Jenn on the phone to Jeff on the job were so courteous. Quality is my first and only call for any heating/cooling problems or installs.
From the first call for service to the time they arrived to help with our AC unit everyone was so good. Honest, polite and very easy to talk too! Quick to answer any questions and very good at explaining what the problem is- as well as several solutions! Would 10/10 recommend Quality home services
