Honesty and integrity in workmanship and pricing gave us an immediate sense of ease. Shawn was patient to a fault at answering our questions and explaining hvac functionality. He explained how to give our old furnace the tlc that it will need to buy us some precious time before it needs replacing.
From start to finish Quality Home Services has impressed me with their professionalism, knowledge, attention to detail and friendliness. We never felt pressured in any way or being "upselled". Shawn explained what his company had to offer and answered all of our questions. So far we are very happy with our new furnace/heat pump!
