Very friendly and lovey staff. Dr Tytus is very astute and listens to his patient. I have been his patient since they moved into caledonia from Hamilton. I find him to be kind and caring and willing to find out what is wrong.

The Haldimand Family Health Team consists of allied health professionals that practice in three locations across Haldimand. Our team includes Nurse Practitioners, Registered Nurses, Counsellors/Social Workers, Dietitians, Kinesiologist and Certified Respiratory Educators, working collaboratively with our affiliated physicians.
