Darrick and the team came out and installed our pool heater for us and did an excellent job. They ran a 12 foot gas line that looks great and works even better. We’ve used them before and always have a wonderful experience from star to finish - great price, great work, great people.
They took the care to ensure no damage was done to the floors or area where working, it was covered and cleaned up when done. It was a great experience from the first point of contact when making the appointment to completing the duct cleaning. We have noticed a huge decrease of dust in our home since they cleaned our ducts. Very satisfied and highly recommend their duct cleaning services.
We used this company and invested in a new AC unit costing close to $6,973. Not only did their technician install the unit without informing us about they needed to book us in for a separate startup appointment, but this oversight led to our pipes freezing.
However, after advising the company of the issues that were going on they were very attentive. They were attentive to resolving the issue, responding to our emails and insuring the situation was made right. They did help resolve the issue privately with us and we are very satisfied.
