Run into problems with a leak in my garage...Tom came by no less than 5 times to try and fix it....he was ready to pull his hair out because he couldn't seem to fix it...it turned out to be damage from an animal and it was finally fixed.....Tom did not charge me though he could have because it wasn't a product or workmanship issue...amazing customer service and an amazing man....highly recommended“
