“Rob stands out in his industry. He helped complete a large project with us this past Spring and we can't say enough about him as a person, and the way he manages his business. He is kind, patient, determined, straight forward, supportive, and dedicated. He is extremely responsive with responses to inquiries usually sent back to me within the hour, be it text, email, or phone call. He stands by his word. He emphasizes quality in his work and expects the same from his employees and subcontractors. He holds those working for him accountable, and although this was not common, if it isn't done right the first time, he insists on it being done again. Within reason of course, but in his eyes, the customer is right.

His crew were all great: very professional, respectful, courteous, trustworthy, and hard working staying late to finish things up where and when needed to ensure the rest of the project stays on schedule. Peter, Peter, Jacob, Guy, and Matt are stand up trades people who enjoy what they do, and do great work. Kyle, the project manager, supported throughout the project as well to keep the project on track. He was always very pleasant and reassuring.

Renovations are never easy and these were no different. There was stress and decision fatigue and second guessing. However, working with Rob and Anna, Rob's designer, smoothed out the entire process. Anna tells it how it is and kept us on the right track in terms of overall vision. We are very happy with the final product and can't say enough about Rob's Quality Construction. “I cannot say enough about Derek and his team. We put in an onground pool this summer and needed a deck around it. Derek came highly recommended from our pool installer. Once contacted, he quickly came to the house to assess the backyard and provided us with drawings. He would always give us his honest opinion and advice, which we appreciated.
