We recently had a basement flood and our insurance company dispatched WINMAR to sort out things, work needed, damage remediation and organisation of any repairs.Sadly, none of that happened at all. The young man that was sent by the company is utterly clueless. He turned up to assess the situation (three inches of standing water) wearing suede loafers. SMH He returned upstairs to get me to sign documents to authorise their work, with no attempt made to explain what or how they would fix the situation and with absolutely no empathy or mindfulness of the ongoing situation. I just wanted to reach out to you to say thank you to you and your team for their amazing service dealing with my Cat 3 sewage backup in Burlington in March 2023.This was a very shocking and difficult situation for myself and my family. You and your team were awesome in helping us through this ordeal. You guys were prompt and professional everyday you were here.
