I had a very pleasant experience getting my new glasses. They provided access to an eye exam and then very competitive pricing on the new glasses. In addition to the convenient service, all interactions were professional with a caring attitude.

I have just had my first experience with this place and found the staff to be friendly and knowledgeable, with staff that seem to actually care about what they sell you, as opposed to the way some of the chain stores seem to. Service was excellent and efficient and I would recommend them to anyone needing a new optician or just looking to swap.

The optometrist was very helpful, and I was able to see him right away (rather than wait a month, which was the case for every other one I had called). He upgraded my prescription, diagnosed my cataracts, and then promptly arranged an appointment for me with an eye specialist.
The opticians were very helpful in helping me find an affordable pair of beautiful eyeglasses, which they then fit perfectly— as well as in ordering a trial pair of contacts.
All in all, a great experience. I will be returning.
