Walked in today. Got a hair cut. Kristen was able to seat me just at the end of her shift. Super nice. She gives great attention and detail to watch she is doing. Awesome to chat with while she is working on your hair. Would recommend for sure !

There aren’t enough words to describe the experience I had today. Kristen is a hair wizard! She did a complete colour correction - from faded pink/purple/blonde with grey regrowth at the roots. The patience this woman has is insane, she was so focused on the details! Communication and transparency was amazing, Kristen talked the process through at each step and took a picture at each stage. The end result exceeded any visions I had in my head... Thank you a million times to Kristen (and Tonya)! The salon itself is such a pleasant space, all of the ladies were so kind and fun. :)

This place is amazing! I see Cassandra and there is not enough space in this box to share how absolutely incredible she is! Cassandra is the real deal!!! I have never met a hair dresser who listens, takes such good care of her clients and who literally goes above and beyond to make you feel/looking great! Everyone at Total Beauty are incredible with their kind service, caring natures and their ability to always meet your needs and going above and beyond!
