I took the vehicle in for a timing belt and water pump replacement, and it took a little longer than expected to finish, but to ensure customer satisfaction, they spent all afternoon into the evening on a Saturday to work on my vehicle when they should have been closed at 2pm and already enjoying their evenings.
The appreciation I feel towards not only the mechanic that worked on my vehicle for hours after close, but also to the owner of the garage for having stayed all this extra time just to make sure my vehicle was finished properly, exceeds any sort of expectation any customer should have.
