I am so impressed with Nurse Karen Kirkpatrick and Dr. Reza Ahmadzedah as well as their administrative staff.I had a huge cyst on my face for many years and it has been growing increasingly. Last year, I did have it removed by a dermatologist at another clinic unsuccessfully. It was a negative experience and I felt a bit traumatized by the way they treated me (note: I’ve had other cysts taken out by other dermatologists successfully in past years)My cyst from last year, grew back even bigger. And it was affecting my on camera work. I knew I needed to get a plastic surgeon to take it out this time. I called many places and felt so welcomed and at ease when I called GraceMed Spas. They are so efficient and I like how they have one day a week to perform minor surgeries so that patients like myself, don’t have to wait 6 months like other clinics. It shows they care about all clients’ situations and needs.Upon meeting Nurse Karen, She really took the time to hear my situation and tell me how the procedure will be. She is so lovely and kind. And then meeting Dr. Reza who is also very kind and reassured me with his professionalism and knowledge.On the day of the surgery, I was impressed with Dr. Reza and his bedside manner. He walked me through each step he was doing and had the utmost care. He was very gentle. I really liked his positive communication with Nurse Karen during the surgery. They truly make a great team. And what I admire most is how respectful Dr. Reza is towards his staff (who are mostly women). As a woman it made me feel more at ease.After the surgery I was thankful for the follow up with Karen. “I had my first facial EVER last week at Spa Vaidosa, and I have to say it beat every expectation I had going into the experience. The Spa itself is a super-relaxing environment, well kept and a nice place to be. Madeline did my treatment and was absolutely amazing. You can tell she really likes what she does and she's very good at it. Naturally I had lots of questions as a first-timer and she was very accommodating and patient as she answered all of my questions. It took me 44 years to get my first facial but it won't be long before I get my next one. Highly recommend Madeline and Spa Vaidosa!“
