I have recently joined PYC Burlington and I cannot say enough how it’s changed me. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. From a health point of view, I feel charged and full of energy. The detoxification from the heat and sweat is incredible and my digestive system has improved! The sense of community here is so different to that of a gym. It’s a safe, comfortable space to practice amount like minded people. Friendly staff and friendly community. The owner Aneta, has created something special here. After 7 years I decided to come back to hot yoga. After researching I choose PYC Burlington. It's day 5 of 5 and I'm so happy I choose this studio. The studio is great, the teachers are amazing, lots of variety and the perfect energy. I've been made to feel welcome by everyone! If you are nervous about starting this studio is amazing and totally non judgmental.?

This place will change your life the second you step foot through the doors. I have had the pleasure of experiencing PYC Burly as a member, as well as part of the teaching/Energy team and I words cannot describe how impactful this team is! The teachers take the time to know you, your goals and your practice which is every reason why this studio is so different from the rest.
