I recently took on a rescue kitty cat and when I first received him he was very very badly matted. I made an appointment at pets and groom and the lovely girl there that Grooms the kitty cats did an above and beyond job, Mihos is so much more comfortable and was treated so wonderfully not traumatized at all and as I said feeling so happy. Thank you so much pets and groom for your kindness entreating my kitty cat with lots of love and care!!

Fantastic Grooming Experience!
I brought my dog Sushi to Pets and Groom in Burlington, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. He has a history of being very difficult to groom due to past trauma, and I’ve had many groomers in the past call me within minutes asking me to come pick him up. But this time was completely different.
From the moment I arrived, the staff were kind, understanding, and patient. The owner kept me updated throughout the entire appointment, letting me know how Sushi was doing, which I really appreciated. Stephanie, our groomer, did such an incredible job. not only did he look great, but he came home happy and relaxed.
