I was looking for a very reputable place to take a very sentimental blanket my mother had made my daughter before she died. Made calls to places in St. Catharines where I live and the quotes I was given and the lack of professionalism I found was unacceptable and mentioned this to my best friend who in turn highly recommended coming to Parker’s Cleaners. I called and asked if they would dry clean a crocheted blanket and roughly the cost of it and how long it would take. I explained what I had went thru and explained the importance of the blanket and the fact I was extremely worried about leaving it with just anyone. I have been using Parkers for a year now and the service and quality are exceptional. I switched from a previous cleaner who ruined a very expensive designer shirt. and would not take responsibility. I forgot about the shirt and recently found it in my closet. I was about to throw it away and thought perhaps Parkers could help. I took it over and they decided to take the challenge but gave no guarantees and it might end up worse. I was okay with that as I was going to throw it out anyway. 2 weeks later, they pulled off a miracle. Not only did they fix it but it looks brand new. They have my business for life. If you are looking for a dry cleaner you need to go to Parkers.
