Definitely a 10+ stars is deserved. Very professional, compassionate and with such a high level of integrity! Dino was more than I had expected, his level of service is extraordinary! He came to our rescue when we found out our hot water tank had been vented incorrectly by our roofer. He not only corrected the issue, but was there to answer every question and listen to the concerns I had. He was reassuring, honest and was very meticulous with every step he needed to take, and communicated very effectively! He treated our home as it was his own. Highly recommend this hard working and honorable man.

I was having difficulty with Enbridge to get the furnace going in condo unit I'm renting. Of course the problem arose during the coldest part of year so far. I called Optimum, and Dino came here to set things straight. He's a knowledgeable, and personable guy, and fixed it quickly. I'm happy having heat here, FINALLY!! Thanks so much!I'll be sleeping well tonight......FINALLY!!
