Visited in August from a CrossFit affiliate in BC. Felt very welcome by the instructor/owner Joe and the fellow members in the class. Excellent instruction from Joe and great tips for my back squat! I would definitely recommend North Shore Athletic club to anyone and everyone!

Best gym out there! I have never gotten so fit in such a short period of time- and this only happened because the programming is by far the best out there! From all the coaching staff to the members, friendly, genuine and all around outstanding place to be!

I tried CrossFit for the first time last night at the Northshore Athletic Club and had an incredible experience! The coach for the night was incredibly friendly, patient, and an overall amazing guy. He lead us through each movements, and enabled us to learn the movement before incorporating it into the workout.The workout itself was challenging but very rewarding! The atmosphere in the class was friendly, and seemed like everyone was on your team and wanted you to succeed. 100% recommend checking out this place!
