I had lots of chronic pain issues in the upper back, combined with long standing postural issues worsened through 18 months of nursing twins. Allan was great! He listened to my concerns addressed them one by one with a stepwise plan. The work he gave me to do was targeted and reasonable to fit it daily. I can’t tell you the difference it’s made. I feel 100% better and the improvement has remained almost 6 months after. No more pain and significantly improved posture. So grateful for the care I received.

I suddenly woke up old and experienced a severe pain in my foot for no particular reason. Alan, an excellent therapist there, was able to determine a source and rehab plan to get me back up on my feet and pain free in very little time.From the initial phone call through booking, patient intake, consultation and treatments everyone there was personable, polite and friendly while making sure that everything was easy and the facilities clean.Well done everyone.
