My mother was palliative and after doing round-the-clock shifts, our family needed to call in extra help. Just Like Family was there for us and swiftly assigned a caregiver. We were hesitant but the moment Karly, our caregiver, arrived, we immediately took note of how extremely skilled, empathetic and genuine she was. We were comforted by this and will be forever appreciative of her compassion.
I was reluctant to try another homecare agency after some really bad experiences, but I'm so glad I did. Everyone at Just Like Family have been kind, compassionate, supportive, and caring above and beyond anything I could have hoped for. I can't recommend them enough!Truly next level service and the name is spot on cause they do treat us Just Like Family.
