“I spoke to Dale about our HVAC system, which had stopped putting out any airflow. He was very helpful and was able to get someone out that same afternoon. Zulfi arrived to take a look. Turns out we won't be getting one last year out of our 21 year old AC unit after all! Zulfi was very thorough and professional, gave us some good advice, explained that it wasn't possible to repair a leaking unit of that age due to the freon. No big shock, we knew it was coming eventually.<br><br>We had previously gotten a quote from Grant for a new furnace and AC, so we'll be reaching out to Creature Comforts again to get everything underway this year. Really looking forward to working with them. Everyone we've spoken to has been friendly,l and knowledgable, and they clearly enjoy what they do.“
