I choose Hartek Pro Inc. randomly because of the excellent reviews. The excellent reviews were spot on. Paul explained my dishwashers issues to me and gave me a couple of choices. I went with his recommendations. I received same day service. He ordered the part that was needed and made an appointment with me the next day to install the part. I was very pleased with the service and technian!
We had a dishwasher that was not working. Paul came made a diagnosis and fixed it immediately for us. He was very clear in his explanations of what was going wrong. His pricing is fair and even gave us a repeat customer discount. Paul was a pleasure to have in our home. Very professional, courteous, on time and efficient. Thank you so much Paul for fixing one of my best friends…the dishwasher!!
