I just had Halco Roofing come and repair some roof leaks that were happening around my roof vents. I wanted to get this repair done before the snow arrives. Larry came and did an initial inspection on Monday December 4. Tuesday December 5th, Larry and his sons arrived in the morning to do the necessary repairs. They found that the plastic vents had cracks allowing water to seep under the vent and damage the plywood. They cut out the damaged plywood and replaced it, then installed ice/water shield, new metal roof vents and shingles. Finally everything was then caulked and sealed.
