    Geek Squad called about my computer repair.. No message. Tried calling back…went through endless steps 3 times only to have to leave my phone number. No option to talk to anyone at store.

    I bought my laptop from Best Buy and I bought the top tier insurance they offered me. There was an issue with my screen, and all of a sudden the insurance doesn’t cover it and they said I need a different insurance (which they did not even offer me, they told me the top tier covers everything).Bruce then tells me it will be $400-$500 and take a few days. I just needed my laptop fixed ASAP so I said fine.It took over a month to get my laptop back. And they tried to charge me over $600.I also heard Aaron laugh with Bruce that they got my password, which they told me they required but they don’t.It made me feel extremely uncomfortable that two grown men were laughing...read full review

    Came in with a laptop that needed to be formatted (didn't have a bitlocker password) and they said the charge was around $190, went to another computer repair shop and they did it for $95, with reinstall of windows and removal of bitlocker garbage. No need to overcharge. But service was quick at least.
