As soon as we walked into the store Joel came over to greet us who also took the time in discussing our needs in choosing a basement carpet for the stairs with the samples of flooring we brought in. Joel recommended a few choices and suggested we take home to try out. After a couple of days we returned and Joel provided excellent customer service in choosing our carpet.
