I was told by a friend to contact DKI - disasters rx in Burlington they do restoration services. A guy named Richard came to my house. He was super polite, very friendly, respectful, professional, and did everything I needed him to do. He didn’t rush he took his time to do everything that needed to be done. Thank you so much Richard. Highly recommend anyone to get his services.

Filed a claim on April 16 with cooperators for a flooded basement. They sent disaster RX. Very green. Was very indecisive to identify the water source. RX wanted me to sign a blanket liability for all costs. When refused as my comprehensive insurance policy, it should cover the damage. As a result, they did not show up, did not dry the water, and did not open the dry wall or trated the mold. Had to hire a contractor with out of pocket cost. To date, June 28th, I am still chasing after them and the insurance to settle the claim. TL;DR - Good company at first, ghosted after first meeting. Lost half of our possessions because unable to get in contact. Unresponsive and bad customer experience.After our we lost our home last year, Garry Construction [business name has since changed to DKI - Disaster Rx Burlington] was assigned to us by our insurance company to pack up our possessions and bring what was salvageable.The relationship was great at first; they were polite and professional, and the entire team worked well.
