Great experience with Desi's. We had a big job for them, 4 doors 5 windows. Gord was helpful, his suggestion for our front door window turned out GREAT! The style fits our 100 year old house perfectly. Hilary was fantastic with her organization, keeping us informed and asking the right questions for the final touches. She organized a big crew the first day of our three day project to get ahead and everything went smoothly. Thomas and Nick were informative and hard working along with the rest of the crew. I had some issues with several downspouts that had been embedded underground to feed into the sewer system. During a heavy rainfall, some water got into my basement and these downspouts seemed to be the issue. Cindy from Desi’s came out and was very nice, super knowledgeable and gave me a quote for the work. There was zero pressure to sell me anything except what I needed. The work was done in the time committed to for the exact amount we agreed to. The guys who did the work were also really helpful and thorough. Overall, this experience couldn’t have been better. Excellent service.
