Called D'angelo because we had an excessive amount of snow and ice covering our low slope roof which was causing us concern and needed to get done quickly. I first spoke with Taylor who was a delight to talk to and very helpful. She and Jeff due to the urgency of the situation, were able to rearrange a time with their contractors to do the work within a couple of hours from our initial call..
