I have nothing but the best to say about CAP Brick - absolutely outstanding customer service! Lynn and team truly go above and beyond to ensure they you are 100% happy. I am a homeowner and this summer we embarked on our first ever hardscape projects (backyard patio followed by front walkway). We had used a different supplier (same brand) for the backyard paver order, but ran into several issues along the way. I am so glad that I switched to CAP brick for the second batch! Lynn and team not only spent the time to educate me / walk through various options, ensured I got my order on time despite a very tight time-window, and delivered quality product (with better pricing than the prior supplier)..but also helped advise me in solving some of the issues I had with the product from the prior supplier. I cannot sing their praises enough, especially as a homeowner customer!
