We just had our first bath with Katherine and she was great! We have a pretty nervous, senior lab who had knee surgery a year ago so she needs a little extra time/help. From the moment we arrived, Katherine was patient and kind, and took it at our pup’s pace. At pickup, our girl was full of happy tail wags, and she looked and smelled great. Katherine did a great job — we will certainly be back! If you are nervous about trying a new groomer, you can absolutely trust Katherine.

I've gone to Katherine with my dog Molly for nearly 8 years for her grooming and nail trimming. She has always been so wonderful and been so gentle and understanding with Molly, even though she tends to be more of a neurotic dog. Katherine is able to adapt to whichever animal she is working with to ensure a smooth appointment and the well-being of the animal. I love Katherine and wish I could have stayed with her, but unfortunately I moved out of the province and am now in search of a groomer that is anywhere near as good as Katherine. If you go to this place I can assure you you are in good hands!
