We can’t speak highly enough of Liz (our Funeral Director) and the staff at Bay Gardens Funeral Home, Burlington for helping us plan a funeral for our Dad that was everything we could hope for. Liz’s professionalism, compassion, and guidance helped us navigate through this sad and stressful time. Liz’s expert guidance helped us through every detail of the funeral planning process in a timely manner, resulting in a dignified funeral that honoured our Dad. I am doing this review in the hopes it is helpful. This facility is nicely maintained and fully accessible. One thing I noted is that the washrooms are slightly cooler, which means it is the perfect temperature if you are not feeling well or your best. It has the ability to display electronic slide shows of your loved one. Staff were helpful.

Everyone that helped me went above and beyond. They are extremely compassionate to your individual situation. I had to get government assistance to help pay, meaning they were underpaid.... I was treated like I paid full price and more! Many family members said the bathrooms were royalty standards clean and prepared.
