Absolute first grade, top class staff and customer service from everyone. It was my first time getting glasses at Bailey Nelson and I can confidently say, it will not be my last.
Got some prescription sunglasses the other day and the staff were all super friendly and efficient. Definitely recommend for anyone looking for new glasses. Oh! And the selection of frames was good too. I found some pretty sleek ones that fit my big nose haha
I had a great experience with Dr Tsai for my check up and Shahnaz for processing everything and helping me choose the frame. Great customer service and genuine kindness. Great prices too. I totally recommend
