I needed to have a good amount of carpet cleaned and last minute. A good handful of people suggested Amazing Results, so I reached out to Todd. He was quick to respond, answered all my questions and was kind enough to reshuffle some of his schedule to get me in for a last minute carpet cleaning. The carpet looks much better than it did before.
All in all, Todd is a really friendly and honest guy who genuinely cares about his customers and providing them with quality services. I highly recommend Todd and will without a doubt hire him again for any future needs.
Although I was unable to use their services due to flooding, Todd was very open and honest and explained why he was unable to help me, and told me it would be a waste of my money. How refreshing to have someone so honest. I will definitely look into using them in the future for my cleaning needs.
I can't say enough about Todd and Jamie and their service. I have them come in twice a year and if my dog has a particularly bad accident. I am always amazed at how clean and fresh my carpet turns out. Last week, my dog was quite ill and couldn't help herself. I sent Todd a text for an appointment. Todd responded within minutes with a date to come in. Today, i look at the spot and you would never know the accident happened. Look no further, Amazing Results is the only carpet cleaner you'll need. Customer service is outstanding !
