Once again, the Ron Ball Refrigeration preventative maintenance call today for my heating system was excellent. The technician was friendly, helpful & thorough in his work. Also, the fees charged are, in my opinion, very reasonable. I know I can rely on Ron Ball Refrigeration to professionally service my HVAC systems.

Matthew was very friendly and courteous this morning when he did the maintenance on my electric furnace. He also explained why my furnace was running a lot and advised me to run the furnace at a lower speed which I found very useful. He was right on time as well. I would highly recommend your company to my friends as well.
