Doug Petersen is an extremely knowledgable professional about heat pump systems. After his visit to our home, we really felt like we understood the system and proceeded with the installation. Petersen Mechanical installed our system promptly and the tradesmen were fabulous. They really knew what they were doing and were also knowledgeable about the product. They explained everything very thoroughly to us. They caused literally no disruption to us and cleaned up after themselves. I love to see a man with a vacuum! We highly recommend this company.
