My fridge is broken and luckily a technician could come diagnose the problem. He told me during the visit that he could order the part I needed and be back to install within a week. When I called after the weekend to confirm the date, the receptionist told me she has not even ordered the part yet, and said the technician will not be in this week, which means I will be without a fridge for another week or more. Overall I am very dissatisfied in the disconnect in communication from the technician and reception, and how long this simple fix is taking. Refrigerator technician arrived today 13th Feb.as planned . He was very knowledgable and thorough. He diagnosed a possible problem with my frig. and suggested solutions. Good service , I'm pleased.

Amazing Service!!! So nice to see the service tech come prepared with a part that seems to fail on this appliance. Had the problem diagnosed and part changed quickly and efficiently. Very professional and knowledgable technician. McCann Mechanical is new go to company for our service needs!! Thank-you!!!!!
