Service next day. Plumber was methodical and had problem solved and repaired within 4 hours. This was a full pump replacement so not a small job. Would recommend and will be my first call for future problems

Scheduled power outage on Sunday, and we were able to limp through to Monday morning. I called Houle's and described the issue...when the power came back on, my submersible deep well pump didn't. I thought it might be a relay problem..I had checked the circuit breaker at the main panel, and tried the pressure switches already. Over the phone the gentleman who answered described the issue as very likely a low pressure switch had failed to come back on, and told me how to reset it. (Use the little pressure switch lever and hold the pressure switch contacts for 30 seconds, and the water tank/gauge should indicate water flowing and pressure restored. We highly recommend Houle Plumbing and Heating. They were very responsive to our request for a small job and arrived on time. Courteous, professional and so helpful when it was discovered that pieces were missing from boxed items purchased from the hardware store. Thoroughly cleaned up the work area afterwards.
