We highly recommend Houle Plumbing and Heating. They were very responsive to our request for a small job and arrived on time. Courteous, professional and so helpful when it was discovered that pieces were missing from boxed items purchased from the hardware store. Thoroughly cleaned up the work area afterwards.

I wanted to take a minute to post this positive review about Houle Plumbing. I know that most people don't take the time to post positive reviews, but they will find the time to post something negative. I am pleased by Houle Plumbing and Heating's service recently at my rental property in Prescott, Ontario. They brought my old bathroom drains and copper lines up to code. The plumber was courteous and professionally represented his company. It would be my pleasure to recommend them at any time, and I look forward to working with Houle Plumbing in the future.

We awoke today with no hot water. We called Richard Houle our reliable “go to guy”. Within 30 minutes an experienced plumber arrived and diagnosis the problem. An hour later a new water heater was fully installed and working perfectly. (Carried up and down 32 steps on the side of a Cliff no less) Thanks again for the consistently great service.
