I am posting for my Mum, who had an excellent experience with 401 Electric today. She called about a minor generator problem to at least three contractors, which only one actually answered their phone; and that was the folks at 401 Electric. They did a house-call to her home, and fixed her generator problem in less than 15 minutes with a new 120V socket. First class service IMHO. Highly Recommended, not just on their skills, but also their customer service and kindness to Senior Citizens.
We have called on 401 electric on two occasions this past year for replacement of baseboard heater and a bathroom fan.They responded very quickly scheduling the work,arriving on time,and the electrician was courteous and very competently went to work....and they cleaned up before leaving.Confident in calling them for future work.
The guys were there first thing. They wore booties when the melting snow was making things messy. They showed appreciation for my having some areas ready for them and worked around areas I missed. Did their work well while other contractors were crossing paths with them and did it safely. Found and corrected issues while advising me about them. Great job!
